Employees who contribute 1% or more of their annual salary become members of the Above & Beyond Club. Above & Beyond members who sign up and donate throughout 2025, will be honored at the CMC Recognition Reception in January 2026.
2025 Above & Beyond Club Members
Sign up by December 31, 2024, and divide your 1% amount over 24 pay periods. Follow the instructions below to calculate your amount. If you sign up after December 31, 2024, you will need to use the chart to determine the number of pay periods left in the year.
How to Calculate Your 1% depending on what day you start the deductions
To calculate your 1% amount, you’ll need:
- Your biweekly gross pay
- Date of first deduction
- Number of remaining paychecks
Use the following formula for your calculation:
- Multiply gross pay by 26.
- Divide by the remaining paychecks as shown in the chart below.
- Divide by 100.
This is your 1% goal amount for per-payroll deductions.
